How do I know if coaching or Bring Your Business To Life™ is best for me?
Bring Your Business To Life™ is designed specifically for business owners or people starting businesses. If you are looking for a process to give you tools to keep your business on track and integrated with your life, this program is for you. If you have specific goals or changes you want to make, coaching may be more appropriate. If you’re not sure, contact us at 919.834.6960 to discuss which one is right for you.

Are you willing to provide references?
Yes. Although all of our relationships are held confidential, we have a number of clients who have let us know they are happy to serve as references.

Business Coaching

What does a coach do?
A coach partners with you to create change and achieve goals over a period of time and believes you are the expert on your life. It is a mutually designed relationship in which the coach’s job is to help you create new insights and perspectives, expand possibilities and take action.

Is there a minimum time commitment?
No. It depends on you and what your goals are. About half our clients coach for three to six months while the other half have a longer-term relationship. The most important factor is that you continue to see value. If that’s not happening, it may be that we’ve completed our work together, the relationship needs to be redesigned, or it’s time for a new coach.

I’m at a career transition. Is this appropriate for me?
Yes. Coaching can help you clarify what’s important to you and create the action behind it to make things happen.

My focus is more on work/life balance issues, than specific business challenges. Are you the right kind of coach for this?
Yes. Creating the right balance between work and other parts of your life impacts the way you work as much as changing a business strategy does.

The Bring Your Business To Life™ Program

Is the Bring Your Business To Life™ Program a coaching program?
The Bring Your Business To Life™Program includes much more than coaching. It brings together coaching and proven business tools and processes. The program will help you clarify what’s important and teach you how to keep your time and attention focused on the things that truly drive the long-term success of your business, both in the marketplace and in your life. You’ll not only get new insights into what makes your business work, but you’ll develop actual tools to implement during the course of the program.

What’s the difference between the group and individual programs?
While both programs are very hands-on and you leave with a set of tools customized for your business, there are two major differences. The individual program is focused exclusively on your business and, therefore, you will work in a very personalized and collaborative relationship with Sherry. Additionally, it includes three follow-up months of ongoing interaction and review compared to one individual follow-up call in the group program.

I have a business idea, but I haven’t actually started it yet. Is this a good program for me?

I’ve had a successful business for years. Would there still be value in this program?
The length of time you’ve been in business is not the best determinant of whether this program would add to your success. If you want more integration of your business with your life, greater clarity on what makes it tick and where you need to focus to keep it going for the long-term, a structure for taking action on issues before they show up in your results, or a feedback loop that helps you know when you need to make course corrections, this program will have value.
