FAQs & Benefits

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect from working with you?

Together we'll determine the objectives for our relationship and how we'll work to make them happen. You can count on me for unconditional support in achieving what's important to you. Expect direct conversation, practical approaches and new insights that will help you create lasting change.

When you work with me, you benefit not only from my coaching skills, but also from my broad business background and any experiences I've had that may be relevant to you. If it advances your agenda, I'm happy to share anything I know.

How do you describe your coaching style?

I am trained in Co-Active coaching, so named because it involves the active and collaborative participation of both client and coach – you and me. Additionally, I'm very analytical, methodical (I've finally made my peace with that word!), and intuitive. Add to the mix a strong belief that outcomes are profoundly impacted by the energy you put out into the universe, toss in a healthy dose of humor and that's my style.

Are you willing to provide references?

Yes. Although I hold all of my relationships confidential, I have clients who are happy to serve as references. You can also read what my clients are saying.

Sounds interesting … what's next?

Please give me a call at (919) 834-6960 to schedule a no-obligation consultation. I look forward to having a conversation, so you can determine if working together is right for you!
